Reporting to the Chief Executive, you’ll be responsible for a broad portfolio of resident facing services, including; Social Housing, Community Safety, Customer Services, IT & Digital, Communications, Corporate Strategy, and Arts, Culture & Leisure. This role places you at the very heart of the Council, driving forward the ambitious transformation programme in order join up services around the needs of residents to improve engagement and promote a system-wide response.

You will therefore need significant experience of client and contract management at scale.
